According to Albert Einstein, “Everything in life is vibration”. In this blog let’s look at what the Law of Vibration is, how you use Vibration, what is the rate of Vibration, what is the importance of Vibration, and how to raise your Vibrational level.
The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves and vibrates—everything is vibrating at one speed or another and so are you. Nothing is at rest. However, your frequency is different from other things in the Universe and that’s why it seems like you are separated from what you see around you, such as people, animals, plants, tree, etc. Professor John Hagetino stated that we are not separated; we are living in an ocean of energy connected at the lowest level, which he calls “The Unified Field” Everything has its own vibrational frequency—the table, the car, the picture frame, the rock, even our thoughts, and feelings. It is all governed by the Law of Vibration.
The next notion is how to use the Law of Vibration. It is through the Law of Vibration that the mind exercises control over the body. For example, someone calls you, in regards, to a job interview and offers you the job. Your eyes fill up with tears of happiness and you jump for joy. Any given vibration immediately modifies every atom in the body, every cell is affected, and an entire chemical change occurs through the cells. We are all using vibration every minute even though we are using it unconsciously, which can produce undesirable results. Thus, it’s important to use it intelligently and produce only desirable results. This should not be problematic because we’ve all had experiences that produce pleasant vibration in the body, and we also are aware of the causes that produce unpleasant and disagreeable sensations. For example, when our thoughts have been uplifted, progressive, constructive, courageous, noble, kind, or in any other way desirable, we have set in motion vibration which brought about positive results. When our thoughts have been filled with envy, hatred, jealousy, or other forms of discord our vibration was set in motion which brought about negative results. The Law of Vibration can also be used in the way to health. It is brought into operation by the mind, the “world with-in”. If everything is in harmony, including your creative energies, your cell patterns, and the quality of your thoughts, then when you wish the body to manifest health, strength and vitality it will materialize, just as long as this is your predominant thought.
The process of how fast or slow energy contracts back toward its center point of source field is the vibration rate. Examples of rate of vibration would include: every element of the human body, mental action, and the creating of brain cells. The rate of vibration is governed by the character of brain cells. The rate of vibration also has an effect on the panorama of nature both visible and invisible. By simply changing the rate of vibration you change the nature, quality, and form of things. Thought is a vibration and produces any condition which we desire to manifest in our bodies such as maintaining health.
The last concept is how to raise your vibration level. I gleaned key ideas about this from an article written by Amy Crawford. The first way to raise your vibration is by becoming conscious of your thoughts. Everything you think, say, or feel becomes your reality. When you change your thoughts to positive thinking your reality will become more positive and it will help to raise your vibration level. The second way is to find something beautiful and appreciate it. Stop rushing around and take the time to be grateful for your surroundings. The third way is to be conscious of the foods you eat. Some food vibrates at high frequencies and some lower. For example, broccoli & blueberries have high vibrations, whereas, Big Macs don’t vibrate at all. If you are consuming foods covered in chemicals & pesticides, or food found within plastic packaging, it will leave your vibrating level lower. On the other hand, consume good quality organic produce, food as nature intended it, and feel the high vibrations disseminate throughout your body. Pay attention how eating certain foods make your body feel. The forth way is drink water and make sure to drink plenty of filtered water to assist your body to flush out toxicity day to day. Toxicity has a marked impact on our vibration, so it’s important to do what we can to reduce its impact within & around us. The fifth way is mediate. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and breath in & out. Meditation helps to calm your spirit down and puts you in a peaceful state of mind. Just 15 minutes daily can help to improve your level of vibration. The sixth way is to be grateful. Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don’t have to what is already abundant in your life. The seventh way is to practice acts of kindness. Giving to someone else without expecting anything in return shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough” or “Woe is me”, to “I have more than enough to give to others”. Abundance is a high vibration. The eighth way is get your blood pumping. Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibrations move. So, get active- dance a little. The more happier you are, the more you draw happy experiences to yourself, which raises your level of vibration.
